⇄ Settle up
The whole point: getting everyone square without spreadsheets or awkward maths. The app works out the fewest payments needed — you just pay and tap “settled”.
Open the Settle tab
It shows the fewest payments that square the whole group — often just one or two transfers instead of a web of small ones.
Pay with Swish — one tap
If the person you owe has added their Swish number, tap Pay with Swish: the Swish app opens with their number and the exact amount already filled in.
Mark as settled
Once paid, tap Mark as settled so the balances update and the payment is recorded in the group's history.
Setting up Swish (and Vipps / MobilePay)
Add your number once under Account → payout method (Swish for Sweden, Vipps for Norway, MobilePay for Denmark) and every group can pay you with a tap. Joined without an account? You can set it per group under Settings.
The one-tap flow needs the payer and receiver to use the same service. For other combinations the app always shows the number and the amount, so you can pay manually from your banking app.
Send a reminder
Someone owes you and has gone quiet? Tap Remind next to the debt. They get a friendly notification that links straight to their pay screen — you don't have to write the awkward message yourself.
Ask to pay Full plan
Owed by someone who never joined the app — or who joined by name only? On the Full plan, tap Ask to pay to share a payment request through any chat app. The message shows the amount, and for SEK it includes a Swish link that opens their Swish app ready to pay you.
Good to know: the pay link is Swish-only (Swedish numbers) and requires the Swish app; for other currencies the message shares your number and the amount to pay manually. Swish has no automatic “request money” — they pay via the link.
Balance resets & fun mode
- Reset balances (admins, in Settings) clears the settlement history and recalculates from expenses only — handy at the start of a new month for flatmates.
- Fun mode (admins, in Settings) gently roasts whoever owes the most, with cheeky avatars and remarks. Edit the jokes under Manage heckles.
